Brief Introduction

    Laizhou Xinzhongyao Machinery Co., Ltd. is located on No.358, Yutai East Road, Chengganglu Community, Laizhou City, Shandong Province, with 5,0000 square meters landed property, 36,000 square meters building areas and RMB 50 million fixed assets.

    We have 7 sets electric furnace which the capacity is 1T/H per set and the company specializes in handling castings with electric furnace smelting with the specification grey iron and ductile iron, we can melt 6 T irons per hour at best; we have 24 sets of molding machines (single) & 5 sets of core shooters, two shot blast rooms, 4 sets of crawler shot blast machine and 4 sets of heat treatment equipments etc.The process is Green Sand and No-bake Resin Sand. We have founded two no-bake resin sand lines which the capacity is 8T/H and 12T/H. The range of material we can produce is ductile iron QT400-15 to QT800 and grey iron HT150 to HT300 and the weight range is 1Kg to 1000Kg.We are specializing in producing the material of GGG40.3（EN-GJS-400-18-LT，QT400-18L）which required to pass the low temperature impact testing 20℃ and 40℃ below zero, the proudcts use in Railway and Metro field.We have software of CAE, CAD, CAM during developing the new products, we also have full sets inspection equipments which can test mechanical properties, chemical analysis and microstructures.

    In our machining shop, we have 3 sets of CNC machining center, 12 sets of NC lathe and tens of milling, drilling, grinding equipments for various parts. We have the CMM, Roughness Surface Test,air actuated measurment instrument, Balancing Testing and Destroying Pressure Tester for inspecting some precision dimension.

    Our company carries on orders from domestic and abroad according to drawings or samples. We got ISO9002 international quality system audited by TÜV GM in 2001,and upgraded ISO9001:2000 on 2003. We also got the Pressure Equipment Direction(PED),97/23/EC Certificate by TÜV on 2007.Our main products are engineering fittings, automotive & train fittings, pipeline fittings, pumps and valves, agricultural equipments fittings, etc. All the products are exported to Western Europe, Northern America, Japan, Australia, etc. We have owned rich experience in supplying to STANLEY, ABB, GE, CNH, ITT, KUBOTA, BOSCH, MITSUBISHI ect. and well received.
