             Laizhou Xinzhongyao Machinery Co., Ltd. locates in No.358, Yutai East Road, Chengganglu Community, Laizhou City,?Shandong Province, registered capital USD5 Million, RMB 50 million fixed assets. The company covering 68,000 square meters , with 48,000 square meters building areas,the desighed production capacity is 12000Tons.The company is the national high-tech enterprise,the trustee unit of China Foundry Association.

            The company specializes in casting for ductile and grey iron with resin sand and green sand molding process, together with heat treatment, surface treatment and machining. In addition to the production of ordinary grades as ISO 1083/JS400-18/S to ISO1083/JS/800-2/S, ISO185/JL/200 to ISO185/JL/300, our company can also make castings with low temperature impact energy requirements of -20 ℃, -40 ℃, -50 ℃ and -60 ℃.The main products are rail transportation parts, auto parts, engineering machinery parts, oilfield equipment fittings, valves and pumps, accessories of wind and power ,etc. More than 80% of products are exported to Western Europe, North America, South Africa, Britain, Japan and other countries. We supply to the world-renowned companies such as Siemens, Bombardier, Alstom, ABB, WEATHERFORD, ITT and other company steadily. The other 20% are domestic railway transportation facilities, which include gear housing and motor base mainly for Beijing to Shanghai high-speed MU, Wuhan to Guangzhou high-speed MU, Dalian to Haerbin high-speed MU and Beijing and Shanghai subway accessories as ductile iron which need low-temperature impact.The weight range which we can do is from 1Kg to 5000kg.

            The company has complete and advanced technology and testing equipments. Since the beginning of the company, we are devoted to technology R & D and innovation, now we have been builded technology development center of Yantai city, Yantai low-temperature metal materials engineering and technology research center. During the development and production process, we use advanced computer software such as CAD, CAE to assist technology work.A province class qualification full set of advanced physical & chemical facilities and testing equipments, such as spectrometers, metallurgical microscope, low-temperature impact tester full-automatic tensile test equipment and so on, and also have the capability of non-destructive testing such as ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing and magnetic particle testing.

            Our company carries on orders from domestic and abroad according to drawings or samples. We got ISO9002 international quality system audited by TüV GM in 2001,and upgraded ISO9001:2000 on 2003.We got PED (Pressure Equipment Directive) certificate which also audited by TüV on 2007.

            For casting equipment,we have core making machines, molding machines, intermediate frequency induction furnaces, double hook shot blasting equipment and crawler-type shot blasting equipment, heat treatment furnaces and more than one hundred other casting equipments. We have three resin sand automatic sand mixing production line with 16T / H, 12T / H, and 8T / H.;For machining equipment,we have advanced five axles verticle integrex CNC,verticle and horizontal CNC,tens of NC lathe,commen milling&grinding machine;For surface treatment,we have automatic line include cleaning,phosphating,painting,powder painting and package.For inspection,we have CMM which inspect big raw casting parts,balance tester,CMM which inspect precious machining parts,roughness tester,break tester and so on.the company can design and machine pattern and other complex parts.

             Over the years,the company adhere to the mutual development with college and enterprise, and together with Shandong construction University, Jinan University, Shandong mechanical design and research college to build the technology center. The company is the research base for Shandong construction University and Jinan University as well as a training base for students. Now it has also become a training base for members of Communist Youth League. Until now we have 14 patents (including an invention patent), three provincial-level scientific and technological achievements; two included in the provincial projects of science & technology; one included in the national projects of science & technology; four access to provincial and national awards.

             We got the quality system certificate of ISO9002 in 2001 audited by TüV, upgraded to ISO9001: 2000 in 2003, then got the certificate ISO9001: 2008 in 2009. We also got the PED certificate audited by TüV on 2007.
